科学教育促进创新人才培养:逻辑、问题与路径

摘要 持续有效地培养创新人才是提升国家整体创新水平的重要支撑。基于中小学科学教育的本质功能与创新人才的内在特质分析发现,科学教育有助于发展创新必备的知识基础,能够促进创新思维和创新精神的培养,从而促进创新人才的培养。反观现实,我国中小学科学教育在培养创新人才方面仍存在系列问题,包括科学教育受应试惯性的影响强烈,科学教师的创新教育素养不足,科学教育的运行机制不完善等。为了发挥科学教育培养创新人才的有效功能,一是要优化科学课程体系,在科学教育全过程中落实创新人才的培养;二是要发展科学教师队伍,在创新型教师的引领下实现创新人才的培养;三是要优化科学教育生态,在多方协同的教育环境中促进创新人才的培养。 The sustained and effective cultivation of innovative talents is an important support for enhancing the overall level of national innovation.Based on the analysis of the essential functions of primary and secondary science education and the intrinsic qualities of innovative talents,it is found that science education can help develop the knowledge base necessary for innovation,cultivate students’innovative thinking ability and innovative spirit,and thus promote the cultivation of innovative talents.On the contrary,there are still a series of problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in primary and secondary science education in China,including the inertia of test-taking in the science curriculum is still strong,the lack of effective integration of science education resources and the insufficient innovation education quality of science teachers.In order to give full play to the effective function of science education in cultivating innovative talents,first,we should optimize the science curriculum system and implement the cultivation of innovative talents in the whole process of science education;The second is to develop the team of science teachers and realize the cultivation of innovative talents under the guidance of innovative teachers;The third is to optimize the ecology of scientific education and promote the cultivation of innovative talents in a multi-collaborative educational environment.
