Territorial spatial planning can reasonably divide the functions of county-level territorial space,assist rural areas in forming a distinctive planning and development system,and leverage the advantages and value of various resources.The article elaborates on the implementation content of territorial spatial planning in rural areas,based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the shortcomings of national spatial planning,and finally explores effective measures for the implementation of national spatial planning from the aspects of improving the goals and contents of national spatial planning,designing a multi regulatory and integrated control system,enriching the diverse functions of rural land,highlighting the characteristics of rural regional planning,and improving the guarantee measures for planning implementation.
