摘要
文章详细论述了自动化技术的起源与概念,阐述了其在机械制造中提高操作便捷性、保证产品质量、完善生产流程等的优势,并以起重机械为对象,研究利用高度集成了计算机技术、传感器技术、自动控制技术、电子信息技术等的自动化技术,实现了起重机械制造过程中的集成化、虚拟化、智能化、数控化、装配式等应用,指出自动化技术是提高起重机械制造质量与效率的重要技术保障,是推进起重机械制造“智改数转”的重要助力。
The paper elaborates on the origin and concept of automation technology,and expounds its advantages in improving operational convenience,ensuring product quality,and improving production processes in mechanical manufacturing,and takes lifting machinery as the research object to study the use of automation technology that highly integrates computer technology,sensor technology,automatic control technology,and electronic information technology,which has achieved the integration,virtualization,intelligence,numerical control,assembly and other applications in the manufacturing process of lifting machinery.It points out that automation technology is an important technical guarantee to improve the quality and efficiency of lifting machinery manufacturing,and an important assistance to promote the"intelligent transformation and digital transformation"of lifting machinery manufacturing.
