摘要
文章以位于严寒地区的超低能耗展示中心建筑项目设计方案为例,概述了在方案设计阶段结合超低能耗技术的设计手段进行建筑设计的注意要点。建筑设计方案的室内空间、立面及内部系统应结合严寒地区气候特征,从通风采光、围护结构、主动设计、可再生资源利用四个方面配合超低能耗技术进行设计,利用相应的超低能耗技术设计降低建筑能耗需求,同时保障室内环境舒适度。旨在探索地域性建筑优化设计阶段,结合寒冷地区超低能耗建筑的各项能耗指标及应用技术的设计策略。
Taking the building project design scheme of the ultra-low energy consumption Exhibition Center located in the severe cold area as an example,this paper summarizes the key points of architectural design combined with the design means of ultra-low energy consumption technology in the scheme design stage.The interior space,facade and internal system of the architectural design scheme should be combined with the climate characteristics of the cold region,and the ultra-low energy consumption technology should be designed from four aspects of ventilation and lighting,enclosure structure,active design and renewable resources utilization.The corresponding ultra-low energy consumption technology is used to reduce the building energy consumption demand and ensure the indoor environmental comfort.The purpose is to explore the design strategy of regional building optimization design stage,combined with various energy consumption indicators and application technology of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in cold regions.
