摘要
公路工程施工耗能环节较多,现有的能耗分析方法缺乏标准化和规范化,难以实现定性与定量相结合,缺乏实践指导意义。文章研究了公路工程施工能耗分析及节能技术,从主要耗能项目、能耗分析模型、能耗模型修正等方面出发,分析了公路工程施工能耗分析要点,同时针对土石方施工、混合料拌制、混合料摊铺、混合料碾压等主要耗能环节,采取针对性的节能技术措施,提高能耗分析评价工作价值,提高先进节能理论和节能技术的结合应用效果。
There are many energy consumption links in highway engineering construction,and the existing energy consumption analysis methods lack standardization and normalization,making it difficult to achieve a combination of qualitative and quantitative,and lacking practical guidance significance.The paper studies the energy consumption analysis and energy-saving technology of highway engineering construction.Starting from the main energy consumption items,energy consumption analysis models,and energy consumption model correction,it analyzes the key points of energy consumption analysis in highway engineering construction.At the same time,targeted energy-saving technology measures are taken for the main energy consumption links such as earthwork construction,mixture mixing,mixture paving,and mixture rolling to improve the value of energy consumption analysis and evaluation work,and improve the combined application effect of advanced energy-saving theories and energy-saving technologies.
