摘要 文章研究了基于“双碳”理念的装配式绿色建筑给排水工程设计要点。在掌握装配式绿色建筑概念的基础上,从成品机房可以是装配式生活水泵房、直饮水机房、消防水泵房等内容进行了分析,同时强调了管道材质选择、压力值设计、节能节水技术措施、防止漏水与渗漏、预留洞和预埋管套、垃圾处理系统规划的“双碳”背景下装配式绿色建筑给排水工程要点,有助于转变传统给排水工程设计方式,控制建筑能耗,确保行业可持续发展。 This paper studies the key points of water supply and drainage engineering design of prefabricated green building based on the concept of"dual carbon".On the basis of mastering the concept of prefabricated green building,it analyzes that the finished product room can be prefabricated life water pump room,direct drinking water room,and fire water pump room and so on.At the same time,it emphasizes the key points of prefabricated green building water supply and drainage projects under the"dual carbon"background of the pipeline material selection,pressure value design,energy saving and water saving technology measures,prevention of water leakage and seepage,reservation holes and embedded pipe sets,and garbage disposal system planning,which helps to change the traditional design method of water supply and drainage engineering,control building energy consumption,and ensure the sustainable development of the industry.
