基于成都绕城高速公路能耗监测系统改造分析

摘要 高速公路本身的能耗主要是机电设施、管理机构的生产用电及其他机构的生活用电。电费专项资金逐年快速增长,一方面是机电设施不断叠加增加了耗能,另一方面是缺乏对能耗的详细管理。文章通过成都绕城高速公路能耗监测系统改造,提出了高速公路能耗监测改造推荐采用一体式智能全电量采集终端,便于施工安装。对于高速公路而言,收费站、服务区属于设备密集、人员密集场所,有必要对二级配电进行监测。高速公路行业尚无能耗监测有关标准,本论文提出了高速公路能耗监测主要功能模块和框架。为后续高速公路行业能耗监测研究和应用提供参考。 The energy consumption of the expressway itself is mainly the production electricity of mechanical and electrical facilities,management institutions and the living electricity of other institutions.The special funds for electricity charges are increasing rapidly year by year.On the one hand,the continuous superposition of mechanical and electrical facilities has increased the energy consumption.On the other hand,the lack of detailed management of energy consumption has led to the increase of production and living electricity consumption.Through the transformation of energy consumption monitoring system of Chengdu Ring expressway,this paper proposes that the integrated intelligent full power collection terminal is recommended for energy consumption monitoring transformation of expressway,which is easy to facilitate construction and installation.For expressways,toll stations and service areas belong to places with dense equipment and personnel,so it is necessary to monitor the secondary power distribution.There is no relevant standard for energy consumption monitoring in expressway industry.This paper puts forward the main functional module and framework of expressway energy consumption monitoring.It provides reference for the subsequent research and application of energy consumption monitoring in the expressway industry.
