全小分子有机太阳能电池研究进展

摘要 近年来,非富勒烯小分子受体材料(SMAs)由于具有高吸收系数、能级和带隙可调、优异的电学性质和光伏性能等优点受到广泛关注,设计和合成高性能SMAs已成为有机太阳能电池(OSCs)的研究热点。得益于SMAs的快速发展,OSCs的能量转换效率在几年内从3%~4%提高到19%。在成功合成小分子受体材料ITIC和Y6基础上,研究人员对分子结构设计进行了深入研究,开发出许多性能优异的SMAs。这些SMAs在提高器件效率和太阳能电池性能方面发挥了至关重要的作用。综述了全小分子OSCs的研究进展,并展望了未来OSCs的发展方向。 Non-fullerene small molecule electron acceptors(SMAs)have attracted extensive attention in recent years due to their advantages such high absorption coefficients,adjustable energy levels and bandgaps,and excellent electrical and photovoltaic properties.Designing and synthesizing high-performance SMAs have become the mainstream approach for research of organic solar cells(OSCs).Thanks to the rapid development of SMAs,the power conversion efficiency of OSCs has increased from 3%~4%to 19%just in a few years.Based on the successful synthesis of small molecule electron acceptors ITIC and Y6,researchers have conducted in-depth research on molecular structure design and developed many SMAs with excellent photovoltaic properties.These new SMAs play a vital role in improving device efficiency and solar cell performance.In this paper,the research progress of all-small-molecule OSCs was reviewed,and the future development direction of OSCs was also prospected.
