Research progress on the early region of human papillomavirus and related cancers

本文围绕人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)展开,首先介绍了HPV的基本特性,包括其为小型无包膜双链DNA病毒,已知亚型超200种,分高危和低危型,可致多种癌症,多数女性曾感染但多能自愈,持续感染可致癌。本文阐述了HPV的结构,包括早期区域、晚期区域和上游调控区,详细分析了早期区域各蛋白(E1-E7)的功能及作用机制,讨论了HPV相关癌症的筛查方法(细胞学检查、HPV DNA检测、血清学检测)和预防措施(HPV疫苗、健康生活方式),以及目前的治疗进展(手术、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗),还展望了未来,指出存在疫苗接种率差异、现有治疗方法的局限等问题,强调应继续提高接种率、开发更优治疗方法、加强研究、创新检测和丰富治疗手段、提升公众意识、加强政策支持与合作,以降低HPV相关癌症的发病和死亡风险。

This article focuses on human papillomavirus(HPV).Firstly,it introduces the basic characteristics of HPV,including that it is a small non-enveloped double-stranded DNA virus,with over 2oo known subtypes,divided into high-risk and low-risk types,which can cause various cancers.N Most women have been infected but can heal spontaneously,and continuous infection can cause cancer.It elaborates on the structure of HPV,including the early region,late region,and upstream regulatory region.The functions and mechanisms of proteins(El-E7)in the early region are analyzed in detail.The screening methods(cytological examination,HPV DNA detection,serological detection)and preventive measures(HPV vaccines,healthy lifestyle)for HPV-related cancers,as well as the current treatment progress(surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy)are discussed.It also looks forward to the future,pointing out problems such as differences in vaccine vaccination rates and limitations of existing treatment methods,emphasizing the need to increase vaccination rates,develop better treatment methods,strengthen research,innovate detection and treatment methods,raise public awareness,and strengthen policy support and cooperation to reduce the morbidity and mortality risks of HPV-related cancers.
