摘要
直流可调电源是实验室中常用的设备,为了方便学生开展课外实验,设计一种基于FPGA口袋实验室的直流可调电压源。该设计系统由口袋实验室模块、触摸显示屏模块以及直流可调电源模块组成,利用SOPC技术结合增量型PID算法实现电压的精确控制,并在Nios II中使用uC/OS II操作系统,移植uC/GUI图形界面,设计显示界面。系统测试结果表明,利用旋转编码器调节可实现0 V~23.7 V的电压输出,步近50 mV,输出误差低于1%,最大输出电流3 A,最大输出功率达到18 W,具有体积小巧、输出精度高、携带方便的特点。
DC power supply is a common instrument in laboratory,in order to facilitate students to carry out experiments,a DC power supply based on FPGA pocket lab is designed.This system includes a pocket lab,a touch screen and a DC power supply module,SPOC technology and increment PID control are used to realize accurate voltage control.Based on Nios II,uC/OS II operat⁃ing system is built and uC/GUI graphics interface is transplanted.The experimental and test results show that the rotary encoder can adjust the voltage output of 0 V~23.7 V,step 50 mV,the output error is less than 1%,the maximum output current is 3 A,the max⁃imum output power is 18 W,it has the characteristics of compact size,high output precision and portability.
