国企党建工作的探索实践与深化路径--以深圳市为例

The Exploration,Practice and Deepening Path of Party Building Work In State-Owned Enterprises--Take Shenzhen as an Example

高质量党建是国有企业高质量发展的根本保证,加强国企党建对引领国企改革发展具有重要意义。然而,部分国有企业仍然存在党的领导作用意识淡化、党建工作与业务工作的融合形式化、混合所有制企业党建复杂化、企业人才队伍弱化等问题。为解决以上问题,本文从强化党建引领高质量发展、深化党建与业务互融互促、创新混合所有制企业党建模式以及加强企业人才队伍建设四个方面出发,梳理总结了在深国企党建的探索实践与成效,并从政治引领、组织保障、文化融合和人才培养四项机制着手探讨了推动国企党建的深化路径,以期为全国其他地区国企党建提供有益参考,以助力高质量党建引领国有企业高质量发展。

High quality party building is the fundamental guarantee for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,and strengthening party building in state-owned enterprises is of great signifi-cance in leading the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.However,there are some problems in some state-owned enterprises,such as the dilution of the party’s leading role,the formalization of the in-tegration of party building and business work,the complexity of party building in mixed-ownership enter-prises,and the weakening of enterprise talent team.To address the above issues,this article summarizes the exploration and achievements of party building in state-owned enterprises in Shenzhen from four aspects:strengthening party building to lead high-quality development,deepening the integration and mutual promo-tion of party building and business,innovating the party building model of mixed ownership enterprises,and strengthening the construction of enterprise talent teams.It also explores the deepening path of promoting party building in state-owned enterprises from four mechanisms:political guidance,organizational guaran-tee,cultural integration,and talent cultivation.The aim is to provide useful references for party build-ing in state-owned enterprises in other regions of the country and help to lead high-quality development of state-owned enterprises with high-quality party building.
