数字经济时代,人工智能、大数据、云计算等新技术为传统行业带来了巨大变革,为生产和生活带来了颠覆性变化。企业需要吸收培养适应时代发展的数智化人才,以赋能企业数字化转型,谋求在新一轮技术革命中获得一席之地。高校在人才培养过程中应主动对接市场需求,不断深化产教融合,借助外部力量联合培养符合时代需求的新型人才。目前,我国大部分企业缺乏能够掌握和应用数字技术的复合型商科人才,这一短板阻碍了企业数字化转型进程。在数字经济时代,探索产教深度融合的新商科人才培养模式的创新路径具有较强的现实紧迫性。本文通过分析数字经济时代产教深度融合的新商科人才培养的需求、途径和载体,提出基于现代产业学院虚拟教研室微专业的新商科人才培养模式的创新路径,以期提升高校人才培养质量,助力经济高质量发展和数字中国建设。

In the era of digital economy,new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing have brought tremendous changes to traditional industries,bringing disruptive changes to production and life.Enterprises need to absorb and cultivate digital talents that adapt to the development of the times,in order to empower their digital transformation and seek a place in the new round of technologi-cal revolution.Universities should actively connect with market demand in the process of talent cultiva-tion,continuously deepen the integration of industry and education,and use external forces to jointly cul-tivate new talents that meet the needs of the times.At present,most enterprises in China lack composite business talents who can master and apply digital technology,which hinders the digital transformation pro-cess of enterprises.In the era of digital economy,exploring innovative paths for cultivating new business talents through deep integration of industry and education has strong practical urgency.This article ana-lyzes the needs,approaches,and carriers of cultivating new business talents through the deep integration of industry and education in the digital economy era.It proposes an innovative path for cultivating new busi-ness talents based on the virtual teaching and research department of modern industrial colleges,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation in universities and contribute to the high-quality development of the economy and the construction of digital China.
