地铁数字化科技创新实践研究

摘要 杭州市轨道交通发展的进程伴随杭州市第19届亚运会迎来建设高峰。随着城市规模扩大,杭州地铁从线到面,从原有的1条线路编织成为线网。近年来,随着地铁线网脉络快速延展,相关联的运营安全、管理制度、维护效率、全生命周期资产管理等运营维护管理面临挑战,亟需高度重视,认真对待。如何通过创新与智能化的管控措施,探索出一条可以解决运营痛点、难点及可持续发展的运维管理道路,一直是运营管理者重点关注的焦点。文章通过建立全球港铁系营运标准学院平台、全球港铁系36房创新理念共享平台、线网级智能运维综合数字化平台、企业级资产管理系统、综合运营管理系统、风险管理因果评估及可视化设备管理平台,从企业级视野对运营公司财务、资产、投资与收益情况作全面管理,以此为地铁运营发展提供借鉴。 With the convening of the 19th-Asian Games,the construction development of urban rail transit in Hangzhou,Zhejiang has reached a peak.After continuous development and expansion of urban scale,urban rail transit has also moved from point to surface.Nowadays,Hangzhou metro has been developed from original one line into a network.With the rapid expansion of the metro network,related operation safety,management systems,maintenance efficiency,and full-lifecycle asset management are facing challenges and urgently need to be highly taken seriously.Therefore,how to explore an operation and maintenance management path that can solve its weak points,difficulties,and sustainable development through innovative and intelligent control measures has always been a focus of attention for operation managers.The article aims to comprehensively manage the financial,asset,investment,and return situation of operating companies from an enterprise perspective by establishing a MTR global operating standard academy platform,an innovation concept of global MTR 36 sections sharing platform,an intelligent operation on network level and comprehensive maintenance digital platform,an enterprise level asset management system,a comprehensive operation management system,a risk management causal assessment,and a visual equipment management platform.The goal is to provide reference for similar cases.
