双线盾构隧道下穿河道地表及管片变形特性研究

摘要 文章以苏州地铁8号线盾构下穿中塘河为工程案例,采用Midas GTS NX有限元仿真和现场实测分析方法,研究双线盾构隧道下穿既有河道时地表和管片的变形特性,并讨论不同注浆压力和注浆材料性质的工况下,双线盾构下穿河道对地表变形规律的影响。研究表明,双线盾构隧道下穿河流过程中引起的地表变形表现出明显的“叠加效应”。双线隧道开挖完成引起的地表最大隆起变形是单线开挖的1.5倍左右。管片呈现出不同程度的“上浮”特性。右线管片竖向位移略大于左线,最大水平位移出现在管片外侧偏下约45°角度的位置。注浆压力、注浆材料弹性模量和地表变形呈近似线性正相关关系。考虑到管片上浮的原因,下穿河流不宜选择弹性模量过大的注浆材料,宜控制在10 MPa左右,注浆压力宜控制在0.2~0.3 MPa。 This article takes the shield tunneling of Suzhou metro line 8 underpassing Zhongtang river as a case,and uses Midas GTS NX finite element simulation and on-site measurement analysis methods to explore the deformation characteristics of the surface and segments when the double line shield tunneling underpasses an existing riverway.It also discusses the influence of different grouting pressures and grouting material properties on the surface deformation when the double line shield tunneling underpasses the riverway.Research has shown that the surface deformation caused by double line shield tunnels under passing rivers exhibits a significant“synergistic effect”.The maximum surface hump caused by the completion of double line tunnel excavation is about 1.5 times that of single line.The segments exhibit varying degrees of“uplifting”characteristics.The vertical displacement of the right segments is slightly greater than that of the left segments,and the maximum horizontal displacement occurs at an angle of about 45°below the outer side of the segment.The grouting pressure,elastic modulus of grouting material,and surface deformation are approximately linearly positively correlated.Considering the reason for the uplifting of segments,it is not advisable to choose grouting materials with excessive elastic modulus when underpassing rivers.The selected grouting materials with elastic modulus around 10 MPa should be adequate.It is also recommended to control the grouting pressure at 0.2-0.3 MPa at the same time.
