水工混凝土氯离子渗透性影响因素研究

摘要 采用电量法试验系统研究了龄期、水胶比、粉煤灰掺量及养护条件对水工混凝土氯离子渗透性的影响,以通电量指标反映氯离子渗透性,通电量越大,氯离子渗透性越强。根据实际工程情况,利用人工气候模拟室模拟标准养护、夏季高温养护、冬季低温养护和自然养护4种养护条件。研究结果表明,龄期、水胶比、粉煤灰掺量及养护条件4个因素均对混凝土通电量有较大影响,且具有较好的规律性。 The Electricity Method was used to study the effects of age,water cement ratio,fly ash content,and curing conditions on the chloride ion permeability of hydraulic concrete.The permeability of chloride ions is reflected by the electricity consumption index.The higher the electricity consumption,the stronger the permeability of chloride ions.Based on the actual engineering situation,four maintenance conditions were simulated using an artificial climate simulation room,including standard maintenance,high temperature maintenance in summer,low temperature maintenance in winter,and natural maintenance.The research results indicate that the above four factors have a significant impact on the electrical conductivity of concrete and have good regularity.
