摘要
杭嘉湖东部平原,是太湖流域8个水利分区之一,水面率8.06%,平原快速排涝一直是困扰水利规划的重要问题。杭嘉湖东部平原河网水流运动复杂,为加强平原河网排涝整治格局研究,通过平原河网“波速区”与“流速区”划分,对影响平原洪水的因素作更进一步区分,加深对平原河网洪水波的运动规律的认识,并通过沿主干排涝河道布设水位测点,观测和分析平原内部水位变化动态,充分认识和验证平原河网“波速区”与“流速区”情况,为划分平原河网行洪能力提供实证,从而针对性地提出对应的工程措施,为杭嘉湖东部平原下一步实施东部通道提供指导。
Eastern Hangjiahu Plain is one of the eight water conservancy zonings of the Taihu Lake Basin.The water surface ratio is 8.06%.Rapid drainage of plains has always been an important issue in water conservancy planning.The water flow is complex in Eastern Hangjiahu Plain.In order to strengthen research on drainage and control of plain river networks,by dividing the“wave velocity zone”and“flow velocity zone”of the plain river network,further differentiation is made on the factors affecting plain floods,deepening the understanding of the motion law of flood waves in the plain river network.Water level measurement points weve arranged along the main drainage river channel,observing and analyzing the dynamics of water level changes within the plain,fully understanding and verifing the“wave velocity zone”and“flow velocity zone”of the plain river network.It provides evidence for the division of flood-carrying capabilities of plains river networks,so that corresponding engineering measures can be taken for targeted improvements.It also provides guidance for the next step of implementing the eastern channel in the Eastern Hangjiahu Plain.
