新阶段水利工程质量监督高质量发展的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on High-quality Development of Quality Supervision of Hydraulic Engineering in the New Stage

质量是工程的生命,质量监督责任重大。基层水利质量监督机构人员技术力量较为薄弱,但通过购买社会服务、数字化改革等方式,提升水利工程质量监督效能,为新阶段水利高质量发展提供支撑。通过对浙江省玉环市在新阶段水利工程质量监督高质量发展过程中的实践经验分析,梳理出主要成效,提出相关的意见建议。

Quality is the top priority of engineering,while the quality supervision responsibility is also significant.Despite the relatively weak technical ability of employees in the hydraulic quality supervision departments at the basic level,quality supervision efficiency of hydraulic engineering can still be improved and the support can also be provided to the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage,through methods such as social services purchasing,and digital reform.This article aims to conclude the main effects and put forward relevant suggestions by analysing experiences of practices from the high-quality development progress of quality supervision of hydraulic engineering in Yuhuan,Zhejiang.
