我国农村基层组织建立在广大农民群众生产生活的第一线,是切实履行党的各项工作任务、贯彻党的政策方针的战斗堡垒。在数字乡村战略及国家提出弘扬优秀企业家精神的大背景下,农村基层组织应从预测和开拓市场、深化分工扩大组织网络、数字技术赋能产品差异化、服务型党组织引领基层工作、构建特色乡村治理体系等方面紧随时代需求,用数字化、科学化、绿色化、智慧化的经营理念和管理模式,带领“新型职业农民”开展社会主义新农村建设,培育农村新质生产力,实现乡村振兴。

China's rural primary organizations are established in the front line of the production and life of all rural residents playing a crucial role in fulflling the CPC's tasks and policies.Under the background of digital vil-lage strategy and promoting excellent entrepreneurship,rural primary organizations should follow the needs of the times in terms of forecasting and creating markets,deepening division of labor and expanding organizational net-works,creating product differentiation with digital technology,upholding service-oriented organizations of CPC in grassroots work,and building specialized rural governance systems.To achieve rural revitalization,it is also necessa-ry to lead"new professional farmers"to carry out the construction of new socialist countryside and develop new quali-ty rural productive forces with digital,scientific,green and intelligent business philosophy and management model.
