水表检定装置及供水系统的自动化改进

摘要 针对采油厂现有供水系统存在检定效率低下、检定精度不高的问题,开展了针对性的自动化改进工作。对现有水表检定装置及供水系统进行改进,采用“静态体积法+标准表法”的双法检定模式,形成了从整套装置设备到方法全面自动化检定的可行方案。该方案在实际应用中取得了良好成效,具有一定的推广应用价值。 Targeted automation improvement work has been carried out to address the problems of low calibration efficiency and low calibration accuracy in the existing water supply system of oil production plants.The existing water meter calibration device and water supply system have been improved by adopting a dual method calibration mode of"static volume method+standard meter method",forming a feasible solution for comprehensive automated calibration from the entire equipment to the method.This scheme has achieved good results in practical application,with certain promotion and application value.
