电机拖动系统的自适应控制研究

摘要 为解决电机拖动系统传统控制器响应时间长、控制过程不稳定以及容易受负载影响的问题,在分析电机拖动系统基本结构的基础上,结合实际需求设计了自适应控制器的结构及传递函数,并验证了其可行性。基于线束缠绕机电机拖动系统的参数完成了自适应控制器的参数设置,并重点对其控制效果与增量式PID控制器进行了对比。该结论可指导后续自适应控制理念在电机拖动系统中的推广应用。 To solve the problems of long response time,unstable control process,and susceptibility to load in traditional controllers for motor drive systems,based on the analysis of the basic structure of the motor drive system,the structure and transfer function of an adaptive controller were designed according to actual needs,and its feasibility was verified.Based on the parameters of the motor drive system of the wire harness winding machine,the parameter settings of the adaptive controller were completed,and the control effect was compared with that of the incremental PID controller.This conclusion can guide the promotion and application of adaptive control concepts in motor drive systems in the future.
