摘要
针对立磨设备运维管理中存在的实时监测难、故障诊断不准确、工艺优化困难等问题,提出了一种基于物联网的立磨机械电气自动化远程监控系统。该系统集成了数据采集、物联网通信、大数据分析等技术,实现了设备运行状态的实时采集与上传,建立了机器学习模型以实现设备故障智能诊断与预警,并通过数据挖掘实现了设备工艺参数的动态优化。经实验验证,该系统可有效提升立磨设备的运行效率与产品质量。
In response to the difficulties in real-time monitoring,inaccurate fault diagnosis,and process optimization in the operation and maintenance management of vertical mill equipment,this paper proposes a remote monitoring system for mechanical and electrical automation of vertical mills based on the Internet of Things.The system integrates technologies such as data collection,Internet of Things communication,and big data analysis to achieve real-time collection and uploading of equipment operation status.A machine learning model is established to achieve intelligent diagnosis and early warning of equipment faults,and dynamic optimization of equipment process parameters is achieved through data mining.Through experimental verification,the system can effectively improve the operational efficiency and product quality of vertical mill equipment.
