海水型凝汽器清洗装置防腐蚀设计应用研究

摘要 海水型凝汽器清洗装置长期与海水接触,运行过程中主要存在材料腐蚀、结构缝隙腐蚀、点蚀等类型的腐蚀。从理论上分析出现这几种类型腐蚀的原因,提出几种防腐蚀处理的方案,并制作样品进行防腐蚀测试验证。经测试验证,提出较好的防腐蚀处理方案,以满足海水型凝汽器清洗装置的使用需求。 The seawater type condenser cleaning device is in long-term contact with seawater,and during operation,it mainly includes types of corrosion such as material corrosion,structural crevice corrosion,and pitting corrosion.Analyze the reasons for these types of corrosion theoretically,propose several anti-corrosion treatment solutions,and make samples for anticorrosion testing verification.After testing and verification,a better anti-corrosion treatment plan has been proposed to meet the usage requirements of seawater type condenser cleaning devices.
