空气压缩机关键零件曲轴机加工工艺分析与夹具设计

摘要 空气压缩机是用于压缩空气并为气动元件提供动力的机械设备。曲轴是空气压缩机最关键的零件,其加工工艺精度直接影响空气压缩机的执行效率和寿命。以3L-10/8空气压缩机为研究对象,分析了空气压缩机曲轴机加工工艺路线,建立了从毛坯到成品的机加工工艺流程。为解决曲轴斜油孔加工难度较大问题设计专用夹具,利用V形块和支撑板定位、直压板和弹簧夹紧,合理调定V形块高度,夹具设计简单合理,能满足曲轴加工要求。 Air compressor is a mechanical equipment used to compress the air to provide power for pneumatic components.Crankshaft is the most critical part of air compressor,and its processing precision directly affects the efficiency and life of air compressor.Taking 3 L-10/8 air compressor as the research object,analyzed the machining process of air compressor and establish the machining process from blank to finished product.In order to solve the problem of crankshaft inclined oil hole processing,the special fixture is designed,using V-shaped block and support plate positioning,direct pressure plate and spring clamp,adjust the height of V-shaped block reasonably,the fixture design is simple and reasonable,and can meet the requirements of crankshaft processing.
