摘要
将更先进的电清洗技术应用于供电系统中,已成为当前保障供电系统稳定性的重要措施。为此,重点从电清洗总体方案、喷枪头及带快速接头的清扫刷、空气净化器等方面开展了在电力设备不停情况的供电系统电清洗技术设计研究,并开展了煤矿现场的应用测试。结果表明,该技术应用效果整体较好,实现了供电系统带电情况下的绝缘维护保养及粉尘静电污染,设备故障率降低70%以上,供电系统节能达到20%以上,提升了现场人员的理论水平。此研究对设备进行定期不停电绝缘维护保养具有重要意义。
The application of more advanced electric cleaning technology to the power supply system has become an important measure to ensure the stability of the power supply system.To this end,focus on the electric cleaning overall scheme,spray gun head,brush with quick connector,air purifier and other aspects of the power supply system electric cleaning technology design and research,and carried out a coal mine field application test,the results show that the overall application effect of this technology is good,realizing the insulation maintenance and dust electrostatic pollution of the power supply system when the power supply system is live,reducing the equipment failure rate by more than 70%,saving energy of the power supply system by more than 20%,and improving the theoretical level of field personnel.This research is of great significance for the equipment to carry out regular non-power outage insulation maintenance.
