强夯法在碎石回填土工程中的应用研究

摘要 某变电站碎石土回填地基开展了强夯法施工。在强夯过程中观测、记录每点每击夯沉量和地面隆起量,深入分析了夯坑沉降和夯坑周围土体隆起变形特性,并计算出有效夯实系数,同时了解了强夯施工振动、侧向挤压等对周边环境和工程的影响,确定了与周边工程的安全施工最短距离。通过对该变电站碎石土回填地基开展浅层平板载荷试验、瑞利波试验和动力触探等一系的强夯试验,确定强夯地基有效加固深度、处理后的地基承载力和变形指标是否满足设计要求。对强夯法用于现场的合理性和适用性提出评价,提出大面积强夯加固碎石土回填地基的施工参数。 The construction of dynamic consolidation method was carried out on the gravel soil backfill foundation of a substation.During the process of dynamic consolidation,the amount of compaction subsidence and ground uplift at each point were observed and recorded.A detail analysis was conducted on the settlement of the ramming pit and the uplift deformation characteristics of the soil around the compaction pit,and the effective compaction coefficient was calculated.Additionally,the impact of the construction,such as vibration and side extrusion was also observed on the surrounding environment and engineering,and the minimum safe distance for construction with surrounding engineering was determined.A series of tests,such as shallow plate loading test,Rayleigh wave test,and dynamic sounding test,were carried out to determine whether the effective reinforcement depth,bearing capacity,and deformation indicator of the treated foundation meet the design requirements.The rationality and applicability of the dynamic consolidation method for the filed site use were evaluated,and construction parameters of large-scale dynamic consolidation reinforcement of gravel soil backfill foundation were proposed.
