摘要
在煤矿运输中,刮板输送机溜槽磨损严重,但其磨损性能难以被有效记录和评估。为此,采用改进的销盘式磨损试验机对溜槽进行了单因素磨损试验,包括法向载荷、滑动距离、散煤特性(含水率、含矸率)和溜槽材料。结果表明,煤质特性对溜槽磨损的影响明显高于法向载荷和滑动距离。综合考虑操作参数和散煤特性,得到了改进的磨损预测模型。通过测试参数试验的同时变化,采用改进的模型对结果进行解释,表明综合考虑操作参数和散煤特性对磨损量的预测有较高的准确率。
In coal mine transportation,the chute of scraper conveyor is severely worn,but its wear performance is difficult to effectively record and evaluate.For this purpose,an improved pin plate wear testing machine was used to conduct single factor wear tests on the chute,including normal load,sliding distance,loose coal characteristics(moisture content,gangue content),and chute material.The results show that the influence of coal quality characteristics on chute wear is significantly higher than that of normal load and sliding distance.Taking into account the operating parameters and loose coal characteristics comprehensively,an improved wear prediction model was obtained.By simultaneously changing the testing parameters and using an improved model to explain the results,it is shown that considering the operating parameters and loose coal characteristics has a high accuracy in predicting the wear amount.
