摘要
为进一步探究煤矿巷道液压组合支架的动力学特性,以某煤矿综掘工作面与EBZ260型掘进机配合使用的液压组合支架为研究对象,基于其具体参数搭建有限元模型,并以仿真分析方法确定该液压组合支架的动力学特征,从而确定后续可能的优化策略。同时,进一步结合现场实验,验证了本次仿真分析结果的有效性。本次研究将为后续的液压组合支架优化设计工作提供一定的参考借鉴。
To further explore the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic combination support in coal mine tunnels,the hydraulic combination support used in conjunction with the EBZ260 tunneling machine in a coal mine comprehensive excavation working face was taken as the research object.Based on its specific parameters,a finite element model was built,and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic combination support were determined using simulation analysis methods to determine possible optimization strategies in the future.Meanwhile,further combined with on-site experiments,the effectiveness of the simulation analysis results was verified.This study will provide some reference and inspiration for the optimization design of hydraulic combination supports in the future.
