摘要
为进一步探究刮板输送机的动态性能,以小型煤矿企业常用的SGD280/7.5型矿用中单链刮板输送机作为研究对象,首先对其进行虚拟仿真模型的建立,而后应用ADAMS多体动力学分析软件,针对正常工况和非正常工况的接触力数值进行分析和比较,提出相应的改进方法。在此基础上,进一步通过模态分析方法,明确该刮板输送机的固有频率及振型,为圆环链和圆环链轮的设计提供更多参考。
In order to further explore the dynamic performance of scraper conveyor,this research takes the SGD280/7.5 mining medium single chain scraper conveyor commonly used by small coal enterprises as the research object.First,the virtual simulation model is established,and then the ADAMS multi-body dynamics analysis software is used to analyze and compare the Contact force values under normal and abnormal conditions,and propose corresponding improvement methods.On this basis,further modal analysis methods are used to clarify the natural frequency and vibration mode of the scraper conveyor,providing more reference for the design of circular chain and circular sprocket.
