随着燃煤价格逐步攀升,各燃煤电厂发电成本快速上涨对经营产生了巨大的压力,而降低机组发电成本的关键在于机组运行经济指标管理与经济煤种的合理掺配。基于此,重点阐述了如何抓好运行经济指标管理,以期为燃煤电厂抓好运行经济指标管理提供一定借鉴。
