基于PLC的供水调流调压站测控系统设计

摘要 针对南疆地区长距离供水存在自动化程度低、供水管网缺乏有效远程监控、管网压力及流量调节自动化程度低等问题,基于PLC控制技术,设计了一种可远程/就地控制的调流调压站测控系统。该系统通过设定调流调压阀开度调节供水流量,通过PID控制算法实现恒压输水。结果表明,该系统能够有效调节供水管网压力及流量,具有重要的工程推广及应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of low automation of long-distance water supply,lack of effective remote monitoring of water supply network and low automation of pressure and flow regulation of pipe network in southern Xinjiang,this paper designs a remote/local control system of regulating flow and pressure station based on PLC control technology.The system adjusts the water supply flow by setting the opening degree of the regulating valve,and realizes constant pressure water transmission by PID control algorithm.The results shows that the system can effectively regulate the pressure and flow of water supply network,and has important engineering popularization and application value.
