KDF-5MF滤棒成型设备LARIS入口结构的优化和改进

摘要 针对KDF-5MF细支复合滤棒成型机存在的LARIS切割偏移剔除率高等问题,根据LARIS激光检测原理,优化与改进了LARIS入口结构部分。首先,设计了入口板支撑装置,并将该装置的孔径设计为5.4 mm(圆周为16.96 mm);其次,选择黄色识别玻璃管作为LARIS检测的圆柱形空心折射管套。结果显示,LARIS切割偏移剔除率由改进前的月平均5.37%降到1.4%,误剔除率得到了显著控制,有助于滤棒生产提质降耗以及增强滤棒工艺质量稳定性。 In response to the problem of high LARIS cutting offset rejection rate in KDF-5MF fine branch composite filter rod forming machine,based on the principle of LARIS laser detection,the LARIS inlet structure was optimized and improved.Firstly,an entrance plate support device was designed,and the aperture of the device was designed to be 5.4 mm(circumference 16.96 mm).Secondly,choose a yellow identification glass tube as the cylindrical hollow refractive tube sleeve for LARIS detection.The results showed that the LARIS cutting offset rejection rate decreased from the monthly average of 5.37%before improvement to 1.4%,and the false rejection rate was significantly controlled,which helps to improve quality and reduce consumption,and enhance the stability of filter rod process quality.
