Design of Full Automatic Box Entry Mechanism for Moisture Preserving Package of YB621 Hard Strip Packaging Machine

为满足YB621型硬条包装机对新型保润包的5×2排列要求,实现五二平包的入盒模式,设计了一种保润包全自动入盒机构。该机构主要由凸轮轴、第一凸轮、第二凸轮、凸轮顶杆、第一过烟板、正推摆臂、正移动推板、气缸等核心部件组成。其利用直动推杆凸轮机构带动摆臂运动,将旋转运动转换为直线运动,从而实现保润包的全自动入盒功能。该机构设计精巧,动作稳定、高效,满足了保润包5×2排列的技术要求,有效提高了硬条盒包装的生产效率。

In order to meet the 5×2 arrangement requirements of the YB621 hard packaging machine for the new type of moisturizing package and achieve the boxing mode of 5×2 packages,a fully automatic boxing mechanism for moisturizing packages was designed.The mechanism is mainly composed of core components such as camshaft,the first cam,the second cam,cam top rod,the first passing through cigarette packets plate,forward push arm,forward moving push plate,cylinder,etc.It uses a straight push rod cam mechanism to drive the arm to move,converting rotary motion into linear motion to achieve the fully automatic boxing function of the moisturizing package.The organization is exquisitely designed,with stable and efficient movements,meeting the technical requirements of a 5×2 arrangement of moisturizing packets and effectively improving the production efficiency of hard packaging machine.
