摘要
文章将类型定位与“德技并修”育人路径相结合,提出以职业教育类型的4大类型特征为改革方向,探讨并构建了一种类型定位视角下高职院校现代通信技术专业“德技并修”育人路径,即在深入理解本地产业布局及发展趋势的基础上准确把握通信专业的职业教育类型定位,并归纳该类型定位所需的德育要素和技术技能要素集合,同时通过课程体系设计、师资队伍建设等方面的路径将德技要素集合系统性、循序渐进地融入人才培养过程。这不仅解决了传统职业教育“德技并修”育人定位不清晰的问题,还解决了输出人才面临的岗位适应性和社会服务能力不高的问题,有效提升了学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。
The article combines type positioning with the education path of“combining morality and technology”,proposes the four major characteristics of vocational education types as the reform direction,and explores and constructs a type positioning perspective for the education path of“combining morality and technology”in modern communication technology majors in vocational colleges.Based on a deep understanding of local industrial layout and development trends,the article accurately grasps the vocational education type positioning of communication majors,and summarizes the moral education elements and technical skill elements required for this type positioning.At the same time,through curriculum system design,teacher team construction and other aspects,the moral and technical elements are systematically and gradually integrated into the talent cultivation process.This not only solves the problem of unclear positioning of traditional vocational education̓s“combining morality and technology”education,but also addresses the issue of low job adaptability and social service capabilities faced by talent output,effectively enhancing students̓comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness.
