With the rapid development of information technology,“Java programming”has become one of the core courses for IoT majors.The traditional teaching model often focuses on imparting theoretical knowledge,but its effectiveness in cultivating practical programming skills is limited.As a result,case-based experimental teaching in the course of“Java programming”has emerged.By introducing specific cases,it helps students master the core skills of Java programming in the process of solving practical problems.This article explores the application of case-based teaching method in the course of“Java programming”,aiming to improve students̓programming ability and practical level.
