区域协调发展战略视角下共建园区打造开放创新生态路径研究——以宁淮智能制造产业园为例

推动区域协调发展是中国式现代化不可或缺的重要支撑,是加速形成新发展格局、积极推进高质量发展的核心组成部分,更是达成共同富裕目标的必要前提。本文围绕宁淮智能制造产业园打造开放创新生态的实施路径,系统梳理了国内外先进做法、园区发展现状及面临的主要问题,研究提出构建“政、产、学、研、金、服”六位一体创新生态的对策建议。

Promoting regional coordinated development is the key support for achieving chinese path to modernization,is the important part to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development,is an inevitable requirement for achieving common prosperity.This article focuses on the implementation path of building an open innovation ecosystem in the Nanjing-Huai’an Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park.It also sorted out advanced practices at home and abroad,the current development status of the park,and the main problems it faces.The research proposes countermeasures and suggestions for building a five-in-one innovation ecosystem including policy,industry,academy,finance,and service.
