摘要
心肌梗死是一种常见的心血管系统疾病,已成为我国乃至世界范围内致死率较高的疾病之一。心肌梗死后,心功能的维持依赖于心肌梗死边缘区的血管再生,故以促进缺血心肌再灌注为目的的促血管再生治疗能够减缓心脏重塑以保护和恢复心脏功能,挽救濒死的心肌。本文基于相关文献,从微小RNA(miRNA)与缺氧诱导因子-1α相互调控、miRNA促进间充质干细胞(MSC)向心肌细胞分化并提升MSC存活率、miRNA与外泌体相互作用等方面对miRNA促进心机梗死后血管再生的作用及机制研究进行综述,旨在为心肌梗死治疗研究提供新的思路。
Myocardial infarction is a common disease of the cardiovascular system and has become one of the diseases with a high mortality rate in China and worldwide.After myocardial infarction,the maintenance of cardiac function depends on the regeneration of blood vessels in the edge area of myocardial infarction.Therefore,pro-angiogenesis therapy aimed at promoting ischemic myocardial reperfusion can slow down cardiac remodeling to protect and restore cardiac function and save dying myocardium.Based on relevant literature,this paper reviews the effect and mechanism of micro RNA(miRNA)in promoting angiogenesis after heart infarction from the aspects of mutual regulation of miRNA and hypoxic-induced-factor-1α,miRNA promoting differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)into cardiomyocytes and improving the survival rate of MSC,and interaction between mirnas and exosomes.The aim is to provide a new idea for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
