Peptic ulcer is a common disease in clinic.The main complication of peptic ulcer is bleeding,which causes black stool,hematemesis and even hemorrhagic shock in severe cases,endangering the life of patients.It poses a serious threat to the quality of life and health of patients.Compared with the traditional conservative hemostatic treatment,endoscopic hemostatic therapy has the advantages of definite curative effect and rapid recovery,and it has unique advantages over conservative treatment in determining the location,size and degree of bleeding of ulcers,which brings good news to patients.In recent years,endoscopic treatment has made great progress in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.This article reviews the latest progress in endoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding in recent years,and provide reference for digestive endoscopic doctors in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.
