非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是一种与胰岛素抵抗(IR)和遗传易感性等因素密切相关的代谢性肝损伤。NAFLD是我国最常见的慢性肝病,也是常规体检中发现肝酶异常的主要原因,对公众的健康构成了严重威胁。本研究从NAFLD的病因病机、五苓散的方义药理及其临床应用情况等方面,分析和探讨了NAFLD的治疗概况,为临床治疗提供理论依据和指导。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a metabolic liver injury closely associated with factors such as insulin resistance(IR)and genetic susceptibility.NAFLD is the most common chronic liver disease in China and the main cause of abnormal liver enzymes detected in routine physical examinations,posing a serious threat to public health.This study analyzes and discusses the treatment overview of NAFLD from the perspectives of its etiology and pathogenesis,the pharmacological rationale of Wuling Powder,and its clinical applications,providing theoretical basis and guidance for clinical treatment.
