摘要
建立与完善社会主义市场经济体制具有历史必然性。社会主义制度的建立,从根本上奠定了制度根基;生产关系与生产力水平相匹配,从原则上提供了根本遵循;政府和市场的双重调节,从配置上提供现实依据;深化改革中的中国自信,从发展上培育了内生动力。对其内在逻辑进行分析,能够在学习经济体制改革的创新论述和实践要求的基础上,进一步为理论提供支撑,为实践提供指导,使制度优势转化为治理优势。
The establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy system have historical inevitability.The establishment of the socialist system fundamentally laid the foundation of the system;matching production relations with the level of productivity provides fundamental adherence in principle;the dual regulation of government and market provides practical basis for allocation;China’s confidence in deepening reforms has nurtured endogenous driving forces in development.Analyzing its internal logic can provide further theoretical support and guidance for practice based on the innovative discourse and practical requirements of economic system reform,and transform institutional advantages into governance advantages.
