中国乡村振兴发展水平测度及时空演变特征研究

Research on the Measurement and Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics of the Development Level of Rural Revitalization in China

测度中国乡村振兴发展水平并解析其动态演化特征,有助于在新发展阶段扎实推进农业农村现代化。基于2010—2021年中国省域面板数据,在建构乡村振兴发展水平指标体系的基础上,采用熵权法进行测度并考察其时空演变特征。结果表明,中国乡村振兴发展水平逐年上升,但在四大地区与五大经济带间差异仍旧明显,其中差距主要来源由区域内差距逐步演变为区域间差距,探寻乡村振兴不充分不平衡发展的破解之法仍是当务之急;空间上呈“西—东北—中—东”与“内陆—沿海”递增态势,乡村振兴层面仍存在“东北塌陷”问题,但中部地区年增长率较高,与东部地区差距逐步缩小。

Measuring the level of rural revitalization development in China and analyzing its dynamic evolution characteristics can help solidly promote agricultural and rural modernization in the new development stage.Based on the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2010 to 2021,this study constructs an indicator system for the development level of rural revitalization and uses the entropy weight method to measure and examine its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics.The results show that the level of rural revitalization development in China has been increasing year by year,but there are still significant differences between the four major regions and the five major economic belts.The main source of the differences has gradually evolved from regional differences to inter regional differences.Exploring solutions to the insufficient and unbalanced development of rural revitalization is still an urgent task;In terms of space,there is an increasing trend of“West—Northeast—Central—East”and“Inland Coastal”,and there is still a problem of“Northeast Collapse”in rural revitalization.However,the annual growth rate in the central region is relatively high,and the gap with the eastern region is gradually narrowing.
