乡村振兴战略背景下“三农”人才队伍培育对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for Cultivating Talent Teams in Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Farmers under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略的推进离不开强大的人力支持,加强“三农”工作队伍建设,是实现乡村振兴的基础性工程。然而,“三农”人才队伍能力不足导致当前发展受到一定的阻碍。促进乡村人才资源开发,强化农民整体素质,促进乡村经济社会迅速发展,已成为当前乡村建设的重要课题。因此,为培养一支可以带领农民进行农村建设、农业发展的工作队伍,尝试从人才队伍培育瓶颈着手,从客观和主观两方面分析问题产生的原因,提出完善人才队伍管理机制、完善党政工作队伍培育等对策,以期为乡村振兴战略提供良好的人才保障。

The promotion of the rural revitalization strategy cannot be separated from strong human resources support.Strengthening the construction of the agriculture,rural areas and farmers work team is a fundamental project for achieving rural revitalization.However,the insufficient capacity of the talent team for agriculture,rural areas and farmers has hindered current development to some extent.Promoting the development of rural talent resources,strengthening the overall quality of farmers,and promoting rapid economic and social development in rural areas have become important issues in current rural construction.Therefore,in order to cultivate a work team that can lead farmers in rural construction and agricultural development,we attempt to start from the bottleneck of talent team cultivation,analyze the reasons for the problems from both objective and subjective aspects,and propose countermeasures such as improving the management mechanism of talent teams and enhancing the cultivation of party and government work teams,in order to provide a good talent guarantee for the rural revitalization strategy.
