摘要
以咪唑为原料,在70℃下与光气反应合成高品质羰基二咪唑,收率大于85.0%,含量大于98.5%。该方法操作简单,原子经济性高,产品收率和含量高,质量稳定,不易变色,杂质少,原材料成本低,适合于工业化生产。
High quality carbonyl dimidazole was synthesized by reacting imidazole with phosgene at 70 C,with a yield of over 85.0%and a content of over 98.5%.This method is simple to operate,has high atomic economy,high product yield and purity,stable quality,is not easy to change color,has few impurities,low raw material cost,and is suitable for industrial production.
