三重四级杆液质联用测定乳酸环丙沙星中哌嗪的残留量

摘要 建立液质联用法测定乳酸环丙沙星中哌嗪残留量的方法。采用C18色谱柱分离,串联四级杆质谱多反应离子监测方式检测,外标法定量。哌嗪浓度在0.021~1.28μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.998),平均回收率为98.9%(RSD=1.61%)。方法专属性强、重复性好、灵敏度高,可用于乳酸环丙沙星中哌嗪残留量测定。 To establish a method for the determination of piperazine in ciprofloxacin lactate by liquid mass spectrometry,samples were separated by C18 chromatographic column,detected by tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry multi-reactive ion monitoring,and quantified by external standard method.A good linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of 0.021~1.28μg/mL for piperazine,with the correlation efficiency of 0.998.The average recovery was 98.9%(n=6),with an RSD of 1.61%.This method has good specificity,repeatability and high sensitivity.It can be used for the determination of residual piperazine in ciprofloxacin lactate.
