360克/升异噁草松微囊悬浮剂气相色谱分析方法

摘要 建立气相色谱法测定360g/L异噁草松微囊悬浮剂的方法。采用HP-5色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标,内标法定量。结果表明,在0.8~8mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))>0.99,线性方程为y=0.2508x-0.005。加标回收率99.5%~101.9%,平均回收率100.7%;重复性试验标准偏差(SD)0.053,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.17%,符合农药产品质量分析方法要求。 To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of 360 g/L clomazone microcapsule suspension.HP-5 column was used for separation,dibutyl phthalate was used as internal standard,flame ionization detector was used for detection,and internal standard method was used for quantitative determination.The results show that the linear relationship is good in the range of 0.8~8 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient(R^(2))>0.99,and the linear equation is y=0.2508x-0.005.The recoverys range from 99.5%to 101.9%,with an average recovery of 100.7%.The standard deviation of the repeatability test is 0.053,and the relative standard deviation is 0.17%,which meets the requirements of the pesticide product quality analysis method.
