南通市科技型中小微企业成长模式选择研究

Research on the Selection of Growth Models for Science and Technology Oriented Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Nantong

南通市作为长江三角洲的重要城市,其经济发展一直以创新为主导,并且在科技型企业领域取得了显著进步,特别是其科技型中小微企业在促进经济增长、优化产业结构、增加就业等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,面对激烈的市场竞争和快速变化的市场环境,南通市科技型中小微企业如何选择合适的成长模式实现可持续发展,成为当前亟待解决的问题。就此,根据生命周期理论与实证研究,在南通市科技型中小微企业所处的每个生命周期,提出不同生命周期阶段的成长模式选择,同时,选取南通市处于不同生命周期的相应企业进行数据论证,得出南通市科技中小微企业在不同生命周期的成长模式选择。通过探讨南通市科技型中小微企业不同周期的成长模式选择,以期为相关企业和政策制定者提供参考。

As an important city in the Yangtze River Delta,Nantong has always been driven by innovation in its economic development,and has made significant progress in the field of technology-based enterprises,especially its technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,which play an important role in promoting economic growth,optimizing industrial structure,and increasing employment.However,in the face of fierce market competition and rapidly changing market environment,how to choose suitable growth models to achieve sustainable development for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the life cycle theory and empirical research,different growth mode choices for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong are proposed for each life cycle stage.At the same time,corresponding enterprises in Nantong at different life cycles are selected for data verification,and the growth mode choices of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong at different life cycles are obtained.By exploring the growth mode choices of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in different cycles in Nantong,this study aims to provide reference for relevant enterprises and policy makers.
