摘要
目前流行的商混站混凝土余废料处置模式资源利用率低,污染环境且经济效益差。本试验利用一种复合外加剂来调控余废料塑性效果,使余料混凝土呈现如同新拌混凝土一样的状态,可与新拌混凝土搭配使用或作为不同强度等级混凝土使用。此法既可实现对余废料的全部利用,还能真正做到节约资源、节能减排、保护环境。
The current treatment of waste concrete about concrete batching plant still exists some questions such as low utilization,environmental pollution,and poor economic efficiency.This study used a composite additive to regulate the plastic effect of the waste concrete to make it appear in the same state as fresh concrete.Then it can be used with newly concrete or be used as concrete in different strength grades.This method can not only realize the full utilization of residual waste materials,but also save resources,save energy and reduce emissions,and protect the environment.
