枳健脾消痞颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗对功能性消化不良患儿的治疗效果观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Zhijianpi Xiaopi Granules combined with Mosapride citrate tablets on children with functional dyspepsia

目的:探究术枳健脾消痞颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片对功能性消化不良(FD)患儿的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年5月期间于本院儿科门诊就诊的92例FD患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合术枳健脾消痞颗粒治疗。分析比较两组的中医证候积分、症状消失时间、生活质量及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后的胃脘胀痛、嗳腐酸臭、食少纳呆、反酸嗳气评分均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组的餐后饱胀、腹部不适、食欲不振等症状消失时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的SF-NDI评分较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论:术枳健脾消痞颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,能改善FD患儿的疾病症状,促进临床症状消失,提升患儿的生活质量,且药物安全性高。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhuzhijianpi Xiaopi Granule combined with Mosapride citrate tablet on children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:92 children with FD who visited the pediatric clinic of our hospital from November 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate tablets;Observation group was treated with Zhijianpi Xiaopi granule on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome score,symptom disappearance time,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of gastric distention pain,fetid and sour odor,less food and dormancy,and acid belching in observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as postprandial fullness,abdominal discomfort and loss of appetite in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-NDI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhuzhijianpixiaopi granules combined with Mosapride citrate tablets can improve the disease symptoms of children with FD,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of children with FD,and the drug has high safety.
