苯磺酸氨氯地平联合他汀在高血压合并高血脂患者治疗中的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate combined with statin in the treatment of hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联合他汀应用于高血压合并高血脂的临床疗效。方法:将2021年1月至2023年12月间在本院接受治疗的66例高血压合并高血脂患者,随机将患者分配为对照组33例和试验组33例。其中对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平进行口服治疗,试验组则在对照组基础上额外接受阿托伐他汀进行口服治疗,两组均治疗4 w。比较两组治疗后的血压和血脂指标,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组的舒张压和收缩压相较于治疗前显著降低,而试验组的收缩压和舒张压相较于对照组要更低(P<0.05);两组血清总胆固醇(Serum total cholesterol,TC)、血清甘油三酯(Serum triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)相较于治疗前明显降低,且试验组比对照组低(P<0.05);两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)较治疗前明显升高,且试验组比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组均未见重大不良反应,两组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片与他汀合用用于使治疗高血压合并有高血脂患者,可以有效降压与降脂,两种药物协同使用效果更好,且安全性好。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate combined with statin in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia.Methods:66 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly assigned to a control group of 33 cases and an experimental group of 33 cases.The control group was received oral treatment with amlodipine besylate,while the experimental group was received additional oral treatment with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure and lipid indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressures of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglycerides(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the levels of these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in both groups were significantly increased compared to before treatment,and the level of HDL-C in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,no significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.There was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of amlodipine besylate tablets and statins can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood lipids in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,with better effect and good safety.
