摘要
针对现有温室大棚温湿度、光照等自然环境因素难于精确控制,且人工种植效率低、成本高等问题设计了一种基于PLC的智能种植方舱控制系统。该文以菌菇人工养殖为例,介绍了种植方舱的基本结构和控制系统架构,并结合方舱控制逻辑,给出了PLC主控系统流程、硬件连接及软件设计方案,实现了菌菇养殖的信息化和智能化。系统采用MCGS触摸屏,设计了包含自动养殖、手动养殖及用户自定义三种功能的人机交互界面,结合传感器技术实现了种植方舱环境数据的自动控制和实时调节。该系统已在陕西某农业科技公司投入使用,有效地提高了农技员的工作效率,节省了人力成本,对传统温室大棚的升级改造具有很好的借鉴意义。
A PLC based intelligent planting cabin control system is designed to address the difficulties in accurately controlling natural environmental factors such as temperature,humidity,and lighting in existing greenhouses,as well as the low efficiency and high cost of artificial planting.This article takes the artificial cultivation of mushroom as an example,introduces the basic structure and control system architecture of the cultivation shelter,and combines the control logic of the shelter to provide the PLC main control system process,hardware connection,and software design scheme,realizing the informatization and intelligence of mushroom cultivation.The system adopts MCGS touch screen design to create a human-machine interaction interface that includes three functions:automatic breeding,manual breeding,and user customization.Combined with sensor technology,it realizes automatic control and real-time adjustment of environmental data in the planting cabin.The system has been put into use in an agricultural technology company in Shaanxi,effectively improving the work efficiency of agricultural technicians and saving labor costs.It has good reference significance for the upgrading and renovation of traditional greenhouses.
