高折射率光学玻璃的研究进展

摘要 作为光学系统的重要组成部分,高折射率光学玻璃具有高折射率、高透过率和高化学稳定性等优异综合性能,能够扩大数码相机、显微镜和虚拟现实(VR眼镜)等设备的视场角(FOV)。目前,高折射率光学玻璃的研究主要涉及:1)利用无容器加工技术制备不含传统玻璃形成体氧化物的高折射率玻璃,但此技术无法实现大尺寸制备;2)在镧系玻璃中通过添加重金属氧化物,确保玻璃具有高折射率的同时,还具有较高的内透过率和成玻能力,目前,已实现工程化制备。本文基于以上两个方面综述了高折射率光学玻璃的国内外研究进展,并对其发展趋势作出了展望。 As an important part of the optical system,high refractive index optical glass has excellent comprehensive performance such as high refractive index,high transmittance and high chemical stability,and can expand the field of view angle(FOV) of devices such as digital cameras,microscopes and virtual reality(VR glasses).At present,the research of high refractive index optical glass mainly involves,1) the preparation of high refractive index glass without traditional glass forming oxide,which cannot be prepared in large size.2) By adding heavy metal oxide to lanthanide glass high refractive index,enhanced internal transmittance,and improved glass-forming ability are achieved,and this has now been successfully realized through engineering-scale production.This paper summarizes the research progress of high refractive index optical glass,and discusses the development trend and application.
